It was fast-paced, challenging and funny with consideration given to all age groups present, even the adults! Thanks!!

With a small group of children this afternoon, we had a browse through songs and peoms we could find on Teacher Tube and the kids were very interested to see the same person on the computer and to be able to sing along with some of the tracks.

A big success.keltickevhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03391276629741877639noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833162993893072675.post-51619839517978272812010-01-14T06:52:28.336-08:002010-01-14T06:52:28.336-08:00Children enjoyed show.

The children really enjoyed themselves and are looking forward to studying Burns in depth next term. Being in costume and having props made it a most entertaining event and your knowledge and understanding of Robert Burns was amazing. The children really liked your guitar playing and singing too. Bryan Islip, a local artist/poet and one of our members, summed up the evening very well with one word - SUPERB!
It was an amazing presentation, particularly with you dresssed in the Bard's clobber on a sweltering evening in Poolewe. Your re-enaction of Tam O'Shanter was magnificent. I felt knackered just watching you.
Good luck with the show.
Ian MacMillan, President WRBCAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11905178971088356693noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833162993893072675.post-47135780931070718972009-06-30T08:28:49.515-07:002009-06-30T08:28:49.515-07:00Hello to Kevin and the Bard!
Thank you for the fan...Hello to Kevin and the Bard!
Thank you for the fantastic insight into the life & times of the Bard. My kids still talk about Tam o Shanter and the Mouse. The powerpoint and live exerts and songs bring the wonderful poetry & songs to life in a way everyone can understand, even as far west as Lisnaskea!! Pity about the good weather, the crowd would have swelled if the women could have got the men in from the fields, wonder did the Bard himself have that problem? Until the next time you venture over here, best wishes and see hope to you soon, maybe in Edinburgh at The Gathering
Trevor and familyTrevorWhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16975159239616883005noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8833162993893072675.post-17902298906979160982009-06-17T06:24:43.278-07:002009-06-17T06:24:43.278-07:00Extract from Fife Free Press June 11th 2009:
